Are the items authentic?
Yes, all our items are authentic and have been carefully authenticated by a certified specialist. We source exclusively from certified suppliers in Japan, where strict regulations on counterfeit goods make it one of the safest places to purchase authentic designer items.

For added assurance, all purses priced over $500 will come with either an original brand guarantee or an Entrupy certificate so that our customers can shop with peace of mind.

Entrupy is a trusted third-party authentication service that uses AI and microscopic scanning to verify designer items.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation before shipping.We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as delivery times depend on customs and local couriers, but delivery usually takes 2-7 business days after shipment. 

How is my order shipped? 
We ship via Japan Post, DHL, Fedex or Yamato Transport with tracking and full insurance coverage.To prevent any form of fraud, we keep video records of packaging and drop-off process of each order.Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders once shipped.

Where are your products sourced?
We source our products exclusively from Japan through an extensive network that includes, but is not limited to, B2B auctions, local stores, and online boutiques. Each item is carefully handpicked to meet the highest standards of quality. This intimate selection process ensures that every piece is chosen with the utmost care and ensuring to finding something truly special for our customers.

Do you offer personal sourcing services?
Yes, we are happy to be your personal shopper! Here’s how you can get started:

1. Tell us about the item: You can either choose to search a specific model, or tell us about your preferences like the brand, color, size or any unique features of the item you’re searching for.It will help if you can send us any relevant photos to identify the item accurately.

2. Set Your Budget: Let us know the budget range you’re comfortable with.

3. We do the searching: We will use our extensive network to find the perfect item for you. We do not charge any sourcing fees - only pay for the item once you make your decision to order.

While some items can be found within a week, some items may take longer. While we cannot promise we’ll find the exact match, we’ll certainly try our best to fulfill your request!

Condition

How can I tell the item's condition?
We try our best to provide detailed descriptions and images to give you an understanding of each item's condition. Every piece is carefully inspected and any significant flaws are noted in the condition section of the listing. Please note that vintage items have their own special charm and often come with imperfections. Wearing vintage is not only more sustainable, but it also offers the unique charm of owning a preloved item that carries special history and character.

Condition descriptions:

■ Like New: Item is in mint condition, unused, or brand new.
■ Excellent: Item is in near mint condition with very few flaws.
■ Great: Item has been lightly used with minimal flaws, damage, or signs of wear.
■ Very Good: Item shows some noticeable signs of wear, consistent with an average used item.
■ Good: Item has some flaws, damage, and moderate signs of wear.
■ Fair: Item exhibits obvious flaws, damage, or significant signs of wear.

Returns/Cancellations

Can I return/cancel my order?

We understand that purchasing a vintage designer item is a significant commitment; however, due to the unique nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please note that all sales are final. We encourage you to review the item details and photos carefully and ask questions if needed before making a purchase.
