Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation. All parcels are shipped with full insurance and tracking via trusted carriers including Japan Post, DHL, FedEx, or Yamato Transport. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen courier.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to retrieve the package, or unpaid customs fees, we will issue a refund minus any return-related costs. These may include customs fees, return shipping, handling charges, and any other applicable courier fees. If redelivery is requested, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost again.

Shipping Insurance & Responsibility
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. However, once a parcel is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
